Facilitating this official roll-out of our Association’s program are Mary Pierce and Lisa Perkofski-Lam, Program and Policy Analysts from the Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards/Department of workforce Development.
This presentation will provide an explanation of how Apprenticeship addresses our industry’s need to remain competitive by investing in the development, and continually upgrading, the skills of the security industry workforce. Provide information about the benefits of Apprenticeship to you as an employer, and to your employees. A preview of the training material in to be used to illustrate how the program works, and how you can take advantage as a participating employer.
