With UL listed and FM approved monitoring centers in San Antonio and Lewisville, TX staffed with highly trained and experienced operators, we are able to provide your customers with the exceptional, compassionate and quality care that UCC is known for so you can focus on growing your business.

UCC is a TMA (The Monitoring Association) Five Diamond Monitoring Center and was the first contract monitoring center to participate in the TMA ASAP to PSAP program. All of UCC’s operators participate in an ongoing training program designed to help them excel in their position and hone their customer service skills. Employees who master all 6 levels are inducted into UCC’s Elite Club 6 program and are continuously evaluated to maintain their status.

UCC dispatches from two facilities in San Antonio (primary site) and Lewisville (secondary site) Texas. The San Antonio facility is equipped with two conference rooms that are available to UCC Dealers for small or large meetings, or training sessions with our dealer support department.
