Course Description
This 7-hour course, followed by an exam, teaches the basic elements of the electronic life safety and security industry including sensors, control panels, and communications with an emphasis on the need for an adequate site survey. It stresses the importance of false alarm prevention while exploring the interaction between electronic life safety and security professionals, law enforcement and fire prevention officials. (.8 CEUs)
