Fire Alarm Reporting Methods {2 CEU credits}
In this class we will discuss the reporting requirements for fire alarm and electronic security. We will discuss what test intervals are required and when a backup method is required. We will also talk about what you will need to know regarding what equipment is required to have power backup. We will discuss the requirements in NFPA 72 for fire alarm reporting.

Hanwha presentation “Video compression and smart codecs” {1 CEU credits}
Video compression and smart codecs; participant will be able to understand how to save on video storage and bandwidth impact by:
1. Identify key advantages of H.265 including efficient macro block sizing
2. Understand bandwidth savings from dynamic Smart Codecs
3. Determine key benefits and drawbacks of H.265 coding
4. Efficiently configure cameras for optimum bitrate settings

Hanwha presentation “ Video Cybersecurity” {1 CEU credits}
Video Cybersecurity in this session, you will learn about:
1. Best practices to keep your Hanwha IP cameras, encoders, NVRs, & DVRs safe and secure
2. Security features and settings that can and should be utilized
3. Resources for keeping your Hanwha products up to date.

UL 1069 Edition 7 “The fundamental operation of a nurse call system shall include essential/required operation whose primary function is to provide notification and/or reset/ cancellation of a staff initiated or patient-initiated call signal to alert the staff.”
