At the 2011 ESA Leadership Summit, Talma was named ESA/NTS Training Coordinator of the Year, which he credits for helping him into a new position teaching full-time as Senior Technical Training Specialist at ADT. Gary Talma didn’t expect to become a professional teacher – it’s just something he fell into. Lucky him.
There has been much confusion about the new Milwaukee Alarm Ordinance and how and when it is going to be implemented. After several conversations with the city, we have finally received notification that all forms should be available by the end of next week.(June 24th). The ordinance actually went into effect June 1st, but all of the appropriate forms are just now being made available. Now that the forms are being made available to the public, the city in short order will be enforcing the new requirements. (more…)

Wisconsin Act 192 (formerly Senate Bill SB190) was signed into law on April 21, 2010 with date of publication being May 5, 2010. Act 192 addresses Automatic Contract Renewals and becomes effective June 1 2010. (more…)
